JoCatalparo has it right. I believe this is the old Typositor font that was never digitized. OPTI tried, but the letters you would need aren't there -- http://opti.netii.net/fonts-b/index.htm

The closest I can see would be Jukebox's Bookman, but you'd have to stroke it to come closer. Check out glyphs here:
