Please, if you could give this a try it'd be great. I've tried on several identifiers but no luck. I have no idea how the client did this, as he has no knowledge on computers even less on using odd, non windows typefaces.

yes, that's one i've tried but the knife cut 'E' & 'S' and the bumps of 'B' don't quite match any other i've found
