Actually, there is some misunderstanding here. You don't download a font at one particular size. The size can be changed after in the software. What could really help understanding the problem is a screenshot.

I think you don't have download the font but the image of the font.

Click-right on the "Dowload" button at the right of the font.
Download the Zip file.
