Ok, so I found in another forum the font is Humming by Fontworks. I'll just leave it here because after the release of Animal Crossing Pocket Camp other players may want it.

do you have the font? if so, do you have a dropbox or anything? navigating fontworks is like hell and i dont even speak japanese.
