How did you do that? Every time I type quotes, it's the other type.

That's so weird, it works on that program but I have the Helvetica font and the quotes are different.
Have any ideas as to why my font is different from this one despite being Helvetica?

I might have an idea... Did you pay for it, or did you just download it on some random illegal website ?

The quotes are made using inch marks instead of quotes. There is a setting in the program InDesign that allows you to switch between the two.

The font is correct but to get the " just hold down on your " If you have iPhone should pop up in keyboard.

Just hold down on the “ in your keyboard to get the ones like the picture.

Try Helvetica Neue on Mac. It looks to be the correct font.

Look up straight quotes, there are two types of quotes on Helvetica. Copy and paste that character type.
