Anyone know what font this is? Or a font that is similar?

I'm pretty confident that this is custom lettering (i.e. a designer drew each letter by hand, and didn't use a font). This is common for sports team logos.
That said, here are a few fonts which are somewhat similar to the 'ERS' letters:

ITC Cheltenham
Clarendon
Baskerville
Abril Titling
