The logo was made by Ralf Marczinczik (Art Director). I found an article about the story behind the making of logo. https://www.worldofrisen.de/article_45.htm It doesn't contain which font was used or if it is a hand-drawn logo. I contacted him and asked him to answer here. I hope he will answer. Good luck with finding answer.

Unfortunately, his email from his active blog is down. I tried to send this email again but it doesn't work either. I haven't found any other way to contact him.
I don't know who put this status for this post, but I think it's most likely not a font either.
