Looks like the Star Wars font.

No it is a mix with SF Distant Galaxy

"MR MO" is made with SF Distant Galaxy Regular but ! in lower case !
"D" is made with SF Distant Galaxy too but codensed arround 90% and
"Z" the z come from Star Jedi Regular
