We have a new client, and they submit us a pdf with the logo of their company, to use, for the future (WTF?!) and when I tried to know if they have the name of the font used, they said "Dunno!" so, please, someone can help me, before I start to get crazy?

You might also open the pdf in Illustrator and just extract the logo (if it's outlined like logos always should be).
