I kept staring at this - and realized how familiar it is to Showcard... which is reminiscence of another font whose name I can't remember...

So, NOT THE FONT - but a nice substitute.

Seems hand-lettered, but similar to several top heavy free-form fonts, including Foo

Closest substitute I found was Project Paintball
