This is not a font, its a very poorly vectorized/streamlined result applied to an image.

I don't even know where to go from here, I still think it's a font since it came from a designer in vector format.

Look at the 'e', each one and compare. Thomás put it extremely mildly when he said very poorly vectorized, it is a disaster.
