Vorgeschlagener Font:
Bebas I am a Borussia fan. I do not agree with the proposed option. In fact, the letters of the logo are made in FF Good Pro Black font. And the brand font (the full name of the club is made by it, as well as it is used on the official website) is the DIN Pro font family.
The logo submitted by OP is miles away from FF Good Pro Black (and/or DIN)

But it's not Bebas Neue too. Just compare (white is the Bebas font).
P.S. What is that OP?

OP stands for Original Poster.
If you look carefully, Bebas is not marked as "identified"; it's just marked as "suggested" (and as you can see, only 20% of the voters agree).
(BTW, this thread is 7 years old)

Oh, now I understand.
Well, then I was wrong with my suggestions. But I know 100% that the club font that is used both in the club name and on the website is the Din Pro family.

A german brand whitouth FF DIN or FF Meta wouldn't be a german brand.
Anyway, the origin of this logo remains unknown

You don't understand me. The name of the Borussia Dortmund club, as well as the content on the website is made by the DIN font family. If it is a German font brand, it is not necessarily used exatcly by a German football club. I don't see the relationship.
as for the logo, yes, it remains, it turns out, unknown
You don't understand me.
It was some sort of joke, because many German companies use DIN or Meta as fonts. Nothing more.
I chuckled!

You can add ITC Officina to the German brand list!
What about NT Cornelia for the BVB logo?
I always forgot Officina, which is a bit similar to Meta. They definitely have the Spiekermann touch!
Cornelia is definitely the closest suggestion of the thread, congrats!

Celebration! I'm gonna drink a beer for real now!

thanks for the reminder, it's almost time!

true, countdown to 6 p.m. *tick tock
