The C and A were old typositor alternatives.

The A - you can still find - but the only digital manufacturer I knew that gave you the front A - was Bitstream. They use to sell it on myfonts.com - but I can no longer find a link for it.

PS - I just noticed the out of business - Image Club - also gave a full face A.
