besides the serif on the left foot this looks pretty close to the A, seeing as it's hand-drawn it's unlikely to have something identical

They look like Medieval styled letters, obviously drawn so like w958w stated, there's probably no
chance of finding something identical. Take a look through Dafonts Medieval section.
