Jay - I hope you understand - it is clearly marked "This is most probably not a font" and for good reason, it isn't. The Ls, A, H and Ms do not match up - meaning someone had a marker and wrote this. Perhaps something like Felt Marker could do the trick for you, if you cannot duplicate it by hand.
