Interesting asymmetry in the "S". I'm going to guess it's a one-off, not made using any existing font.

The S is most likely from a font called IRON MAN OF WAR 001C NCV. Hopefully this helps. As for the V in Vision, I'd search for a font that has a much deeper slope in the angle of the V.
