Is there a way i can do this design with a font on here or is this only something a screen printer can do, if you have and suggestions please help me.

Théoricaly, it's possible to do that with a font but if it's just for one logo, it's easier to do that with a vectorial graphic software.

Any suggestions on what software to use

gimp, photoshop, illustrator, paint,...
