I know it's handwriting, but is there any similar fonts like this?

That is practically impossible with handwriting. Or one thing is completely different or another thing. Even handwriting simulation fonts with over a thousand characters and/or character combinations never match with anything but themselves. Alas.

The most similar font I can find is the Volantene script

Although not the same, I think a good substitute would be 1420 Gothic Script. What I like about this font is it looks like medieval handwriting but it's still very legible. I have used it on letters and envelopes and it's worked quite well. The author of the font said the font was "... inspired from the most used medieval type, most often current one in use during the period 1300's to 1500's".
