Does anyone know of a font like this one, but where the holes aren't filled?
This one is called "Reboard" by Billy Argel.

I would say Avant Garde or Futura Bold. Both are very close.

Blackout! Nova Solid is veerrryyy close. Except Nova Solid's A is pointy on top.

He needs unfilled font. Looks like Blackout is filled, same as Reboard.
As for an alternative... I'd say Avant Garde + Futura

I think it is Avant Garde with Futura as the "R". Futura is blue and Avant Garde is red.
