This looks like someone made this TM out of ITC Kabel Bold - and substitued in someone else's Y. Then they manually condensed it slightly. Oh and the "M" may have come from Lithos Black....http://myfonts.us/td-kn0AWV

LOL I keep coming back to edit - it may all be Lithos Bold - and that Y is made up of an i+v combination.
