I have tried every identify font by picture site that I've come across, But none if them recognized this.

That is true Claude, I could/should have phrased that a lot better. I meant to say that both were based on the same example, the Harper, drawn by an artist engaged by the magazine (1883?). Who was first, Dan X. Solo or Letraset? I honestly don't know.
