When in doubt, one should always try to contact the designer of the font.

In this case, it seems like Dieter Steffmann's fonts are only free for private use: http://www.steffmann.de/wordpress/#comment-834

You might want to consider buying Filmotype Honey which is of a much better quality and will grant you a licence for use in logo designs and other commercial purposes...

From reading the message board on Dieter's site, it seems like one can obtain permission to use his fonts commercially by asking politely.
