Could I use use this font for a school play poster? I think it matches the play perfectly.

This font works perfectly as it is designed to work. You must type in ALL CAPS. Check the character list. There are no lower case letters assigned, and there are no numbers. If you're trying to use lower case, numbers or special characters, nothing will show up.
