Mike Diehl, here. Philippedada is correct on both counts: Paul Volk and I designed this font in 1991, and this version is incomplete -- we created an all-caps version to distribute as a freebie. So Nippelpip, please do use the font, for whatever you like -- except to sell it, of course. There's a modest showing of the lower case characters here: http://www.mikediehl.com/type/.
