Hello,
Looking for a similar, as close as possible to this, it was written on the very first Moto Revue N°1, of January 1923 !
So very old, I know it's not a font, 'E' 'U' 'L' and 'S' are all different,
but I've seen something similar before !
Thanks

Hi all,
Trying to reproduce this font, typed on a "real" IBM ball typewriter, back in 1981.
Any idea of what could be close enough, please ?

thx

NO. Nobody knows.

All the time you spend here being a pain, is lost time for you to search on your own.

No, it's two different things.

100% Free does mean 100% free, but what is free is not necessarily completely free of right
and the free of right applies to commercial rights of use and reproduction.

example:
someone gives you a photo, the author wants to be mentioned in the credits. This is common. It's 100% free, non-free of rights.
The photographer gave it to you, for your use and can also sell it to someone else.
someone gives a font, the author needs to be mentioned in the credits. It's less frequent, but he would have the right to ask.

On the other hand, some known iconographic sites offer pictures free of right.
You still have to buy a computer file to reproduce, without citing the author.
It is free to right.
But not free.

Pushing the idea to its maximum, the creator of a particularly elaborate font could well deny that it is used in a newspaper whose ideas or beliefs are contrary to his ethics, moral/political/graphic, no matter what...!

What is more personal than a tattoo?
Yes, as long as the tattoo artist doesn't use it himself to sell more tattoos without paying the rights. But he knows that.
