Can anyone give me a hand identifying something similar to the font on this building? Appreciate any help I can get!

This may not be an actual font - but handpainted by a good old fashioned sign maker - based on an alphabet known to that sign maker...

It reminds me of a store in New Jersey - known for selling "naughty" items...
