What I am going to share with you is a training approach I use to develop speed AND power in my roundhouse kick.
In actual fact in all of my kicks.
As an aside I also found this method of training enhanced my dynamic flexibility. In other words the height at which I could kick without any loss of speed or strength.
I've under no circumstances noticed any one train within this way.
So I believe its totally unique to me.
It doesn't matter what style you practise or what variation of roundhouse kick you use.
This is going to work for everyone.
And this will offer you an astounding edge.
The first key element to making this effective is always to ensure that you are working every one of the muscles employed in delivering the kick.
Anddelivered in the exact order needed from lifting your foot off the floor to striking the end target.
