By signature I mean a font that looks like handwriting, the kind you would find in a signature. Any suggestions? I would like it to be from Dafont. Thank you!

The simplest way is that you sign on a paper, you scan it (400 ppp resolution, grey scale) and you save it as a bitmap file.

Why don't you do what mehir tells you, and convert your signature as a single character, in a font file ?

You don't understand. I don't need one single signature, it had to be all the letters of the alphabet...
