I'm trying to get in touch with the creator of a certain font on this site...

The extate website seems to not exist so I have sent a private message to him and not heard back. Any other ideas on how I can actually buy the rights to use one of his fonts for commercial use?
Thanks,
e

http://www.flickr.com/photos/extate/ Thanks vinz for your response. Any thoughts on how I can gain commercial use for the font called "A font with Serifs"?
It is a free download font and does not specifically say "ok for commercial use".
Using this font in a design for a product that will be on the shelves for sale... want to make sure I'm covered with license rights... ?
hey i want to use a font too... just wondering what you ended up doing?
thanks.
Well, I never did get any response. I did notice that where you initially download the font it states " Free - 2 font files". I take this as a "free" usage - other fonts actually state in this area whether of not it is free to use or not. Some say "free for personal use" others say "demo". So I'm going with the fact that this is a free font to use!
Hope that helps on your end.

You may run into trouble if you use that font for commercial use.
