It's a font based on JibbaJabba's "Rough Typewriter". There were some graphic modification for the serie but you can see the likeness of the fonts in the first "e" and the "8".

It is not a font. There is no version of Rough Typewriter with an alternate e and s like these. But, yes, you are right, the Rough Typewriter was used to make this logo. The Kat wonders wether Netflix has paid the commercial use fee?
