Nope Daaams, I want the font in the image I posted. I know the Thrasher font is Banco. I was looking for the "magazine" font like in the description. Thanks

I read that everyone is saying it is Banko. Did I miss something that you read identifying the font I am looking for?

daaams pointed out several other threads asking for the word 'Magazine' and none of them were solved. Your answer had me believe you did miss the 'Magazine' part of his answer (the first link doesn't even speak of the word 'Thrasher')...

I did search the forum. What's the point of reposting old threads with no answer? If you don't know the don't move along. Nobody needs obnoxious reposting of threads long lost that of course I have already seen while searching for this mystery font. You font geeks reposting non helpful threads are obnoxious. If you are no good at identifying fonts then move along. You know not everyone visiting this forum wants your dead end links.

I think the people who did the magazine added the lines before each letter and did some slight widening in photoshop

IMHO these are custom letters or a private font for the magazine.
Draftman's box sloped letters with added base bars that connect to the left or right of the letter, depending on the letter and its place in the word.

My suggestion was not helpful to anyone who is not a font maker.

It's just a manipulated font. Don't need to be a font maker to reproduce this font.

The ITALIC version is the closest version I've found that's use-able without editing.
