You can use Optima - but this was set with a Bitstream's Optima version aka Zapf Huminist.

Not a clue. How about you use something like Just My Type as a substitute if no one can find the original for you. Just a thought.

It's a font - but not one I can identify. However, if you are in a rush and need a quick substitute - take a look at Pax Suyud. Sorry I can't be more helpful.

I can't see any links - but there use to be a Bitstream font named DejaVu Sans. I think this might be it.
