If your looking for similar to the Frank CAPRA et al (since an exact match is unlikely) you could try...Supposedly. It's a similar style, but not a match or a correct ID.

Frank Capra et al is hand lettering rather than a font. You could do worse than Steelfish for the bottom credits.

kmiz38. What is this a photograph of? I ask, because it has a very, hand made look about it and possibly looks enamelled. Do you have a wider crop?
