I feel sorry for me now.

I've been looking all the web down for this font and I found out that it's a modified bubble font.

Then I ALSO created the characters, one by one, and I've generated the font that admisses the same notes given above by our mate: B, H, K, Q and some others created from zero and randomic numbers just to fill out the basic fields.

I've just submitted it to dafont.com, so it waits to be approved or not. While that's (not) happening, you can download it from 4shared. The link is provided below.

I might come back to post the font link already on dafont.com.

And oh, I drew the outlines and the symbols, almost forgot to say. That's it.

Congrats to Aanguish and to me for having the motivation to raise the typo from the ground. Heheh
