Yeah it's looks a bit like Steelfish some of the angles and stops are a bit too shallow and short I found this Fan-Font version that's a bit like it but not as eroded or distressed, it's more veins that run through a rock

It looks like, Berliner Grotesk Medium but with the bear print however some of the letters are different, any ideas ?

It's the regular version of the Marshmallow font by Ben Balvans, however it's a mix of lowercase for most letters and a mix of these capitals C,N,S,Y mixed in for ease of space in the logo's here are the buzz lines for 2011 campaigns;
