Pls does anyone know what font is used to type the Student name and Course ( Joy Nnenna Ikpegbu, English). I have tried Olde English, Old London, English Towne but all to no avail.

Any assistance is really appreciated.

Looks indeed like a handwritten gothic/franktur styled font.
