No pressure, but you might remember several people took their time to explain how permalinks work, don't you ? As far as I'm concerned, using permalinks is better because the person who asks can see in a second the sample text in use. And to be honest too, if you put a permalink, you give the moderators less work because they won't have to change the link later. It's a win-win situation actually.
