Looking for similar fonts to:

I know it may look like Times New Roman for some ppl :P, but I think this Clifford font is mind-blowing.
I am looking for something similar, that will cost less than 50 euro, or may be free as well

Do you have some ideas?

The junicode should make you happy. Free and reasonably similar. You may also want to have a look at the Isolde at $ 26 well within your price range. The closest one I found is far above your price range, the Dutch Type Library's Paradox.
