I don't know if someone else noticed, but I don't see any new fonts here since June 24th, 2014. Since then I don't saw new fonts available on dafont at all... Even now, if I click "New Fonts", I still get June 24th, 2014 for newest fonts, and still don't see even a single font added with date newer than one said above... What happened? If someone provide a link to a font on dafont.com with date of adding newer than June 24, I will ...

I also checks a two more sites for fonts - fontspace.com and ******.com - there are still new fonts uploaded... fontspace.com especially, has added a least 1-2 new fonts (sometimes even around 10) every day and it probably had at least 40-50 new fonts uploaded for that near month, while on dafont.com for same period there is still NOTHING new...

Probably because the webmaster of dafont is taking the sun on the beach.

Or because someone else is trying to find the Loch Ness monster

Not just the delay, but he didn't even uploaded all submissions. At least mine isn't on the new list...

I do admit, I'm a little frustrated by this downtime myself, as I got a poop-load of updates and new fonts which don't seem to be going anywhere. Is there any word on when this backlog will be cleared up?

i submitted an up date a number of weeks ago now, was just the addition of numbers and nothing going to double check it but another update i just needed the description updating and no change there either
