Does this font 'defused' (link below) exist without all the dirt on it- just plain.

If so can someone point me in the right direction, failing does anyone have the skill to make this?

Based on the font Thekla (Brendel Informatik : http://luc.devroye.org/fonts-23628.html), a knock off of Microgramma D Bold Extended, to be precise : http://www.myfonts.com/fonts/urw/microgramma/d-bold-extended/

Eurostile is Microgramma with added lowercase
