Speaking of HOOD ORNAMENTS....
Once I was driving my Merc down a real old-style country lane. There were, like, a million bugs, like, flying around. This huge LOCUST suddenly flew into the Merc badge on the front of my grill, and became stuck there, like, forever. I drove around with that sucker stuck in my badge for about two weeks! I recall that was, like, the best two weeks of my life.
