One of your better efforts, Max, and possibly your most effective use of grey tones. This same design, but in a 'precise' style, rather than a little bit 'cartoony', might be a popular commercial choice.

I see a bit of Algerian and the Boston Red Sox logo as influences, but not to the point that it's derivative. It looks like something that should already have been made, which I hope you will see as a high compliment. Props.
