Hey I'm sure you get this alot on the forum but I cant seem to find an answer anywhere... I want to download the font Pacifico by Vernon Adams ... on the font is does NOT say free, donationware none of that all it says is [ Public domain / GPL / OFL ]

Now I want to use this font to put on decals to sell them... I would love to buy this font if possible or just simply use it if permitted. Can some one please help me out in understanding what Public domain / GPL / OFL means!?
