I'm almost positive it's just some basic sans font with manual alterations made to the letterforms.
In other words, there isn't a font that looks like this - someone used something like Frutiger and then cut off parts of some letters, the H's, U and G.

Thanks for the suggestion, Rodolphe! But trying WhatTheFont ends up with Clarendon being the closest match, for me too.
It's a decent alternative, but lacks many of the above image's characteristics.
I can almost guarantee you this is just custom typography. No font involved.
I can't identify the slab serif font used for "CATALINA'S MARKET". Can you?
