Thought it was Helvetica Neue that had been squished, but can't seem to match it up...
Best I can tell it is Helvetica Neue 75 Bold at a Width of 59.48% with tracking of 150 +/-

Kind of sort of similar LOL except the "O" and the "G"...
If memory serves me correctly, this font was created by this person: http://www.dafont.com/profile.php?user=337503&fpp=100
Try contacting them to see where they have it at online, it's not on Dafont that I can find.
Here's a similar one... Not going to submit it as a match because it isn't, but thought it might work for you.

Close, but not exact, I think I can use it though.
Adding a stroke to it changes the serifs, other than that it would be okay.

Similar, not exact... Could extend the "t" to make it match.
No preview shown, but pretty sure this is "New York" font by Apple from 2000
