The "Y" might be a Glyph of the font, not sure...
Looks like a modified font... Based on Europa Gro SH Bold
"R" is slightly different...
Any chance you could post a better photo? Preferably one with the masking tape removed from the face of it.

Any help is greatly appreciated. I'm pretty sure the "R" and "Y" are alternate characters in the font set.
