Looks to me like that started life as LHFs Blackstone, before a lot of modification. Blackstone was itself inspired by this Sanborn Map Cover.
Wouldn't the easiest way to achieve this be to fire up a vector editor (Illustrator etc.) and fill the voids in Colonna?
Tell us which font and who the author is, and someone MAY be able to shed light on their whereabouts.

Why? You can do that in photoshop
You could do that in MS Word. It's just a second copy of the logotype, coloured red and offset slightly, behind the white version.
Looks to me like an engraving based on A Garamond, but can't tell from the rubbing exactly which. This is in the area.
