Designer says He'll send you the font if you drop him an email...
You are most welcome.
Close, as in Identified? Haettenschweiler. Manually italicised and condensed. If you have MS Office, it's part of the standard fonts that ship with.

Gotham Ultra ('stencil' effect added manually)?
although the pdf shows this as arch serif
so they must have renamed it.

Hmmm. Far as I can remember, my copy came with my copy of Office (for Mac tho').
I refer you to post No. 16 in this thread...but the brand guide has ALL of the fonts used in the HWT materials.
MS, so should come with your PC.
Nah! The whole block of text has been set on the upright (in Broadway
) along with the coloured bars at the foot, then sheared, as a whole. Besides, the 'a', 'u' and 'n' are wrong in RitzFLF Italic and its not quite italic enough...
Broadway (sheared to italicise, so modified)?
You would struggle to recreate this using Collegiate, as the letterforms are already stroked. The font you are looking for is the white letters in your sample. The black and yellow stroke are FX added later. Hence my suggestion 'Varsity'. Freshman would also work with modification if it's given a white offset infill and then a yellow stroke around the whole block of text...
