This one seems either really close or that it is the same one but possibly the B is stretched up and squished in.
*EDIT*
The t could be Geometry Soft Pro Light C.

I actually noticed on one of the FaceBook posts for the company it was stated that the person was "playing around with a new font I just love" so that would lead me to believe that these could indeed be fonts and that she altered them. If they are altered fonts, I'd love to know what the originals are.
I'm not sure this is a font. I'm thinking it's custom. The shirts are from a clothing line or company called Caviar Blaque. Apparently the clothing line isn't available to the public, but seems to be available to ladies referred to as Taz's Angels. They are rumored to be high class party girls/escorts. I'm pulling this info off Google, so I'm not even sure it's accurate. I tried to find the font on dafont and myfonts with no avail. It seems to be based off an old school type font, though.
On a separate note, the info I found could explain the picture above...
(Old version, not available anymore)

The "e" is altered as well as the "a" but the "hrt" seem to match up.
Unfortunately, it doesn't look to be a font, but it was specifically designed for the shirt.

It's too bad. I'd love for this to have been a font!
I have a feeling that this one might be a lost cause. I even posted this one over at the forum on the myfonts website 6 weeks ago and it is still unsolved. You could maybe ask the owner of the tumblr where you got it from, but from the sounds of the FAQ, a lot of them don't seem to want to share that info or just get so many font questions that they are tired of answering the questions. But I honestly have a feeling that that person would be the only one who would be able to answer the font question. If you do happen to ever get an answer, be sure to post it here!
Yep, it looks like they used several versions of Zapfino (one, two and three) to make that one word. Tricky!
