Where did you download them from? What is the name of the fonts you downloaded?
SO is Arial Bold (Text overlayed in black)
not a font. Most likely a modified Helvetica Neue.
The "I" is American Typewriter but the rest is Courier Bold.
Why would you need to do that? Also Segoe bold is grouped in with the other weights too.
"NEW YORK CITY"

rocomaco has a broken link. Try this one.
It usually is preloaded with windows and mac so check to make sure it is on your computer.

We can't give you a free download, but we can give you a similar one. My suggestion would be Lucida Sans/Lucida Grande.
I like this. Does anyone know if it is a font or what the name of it is?
Outlined and filled holes on "A" and "D"
I have no idea what you are talking about. Fonts come in a compressed .ttf just extract the zip and install it.
