It looks like Helvetica Regular forced to a fake bold in Photoshop. Look at how the "a" matches Helvetica Regular but not Helvetica Bold.
Should already be on your computer if you have Windows 7 or MS Office.
Bold Italic & Regular. It is also probably already on your computer.
Looks like it was squashed probably in Photoshop or any other text editing program.

Probably either Bold or ExtraBold weight.
